Maybe take up learning a new language. It's nice to learn a new language, plus it opens up more opportunities for you. I'm trying out Babbel+ to learn French. The price is decent and you can learn at your own pace. It's fun and easy to do. They have a variety of languages. You can also try Rosetta Stone and many other apps you can find for free in one of the app stores.
