Perect Pour Cafe makes great coffee and their breakfast menu and snacks are amazing. You definitely get a warm welcome here. The staff is friendly and helpful if you can't decide on what to try. The food is soo worth the price. You get your money's worth and an explosion of flavor. They make a super tasty Red Velvet Latte. They have a nice variety of Espresso drinks and flavors you won't find elsewhere in town. They have a cute little patio out back to sit and sip your coffee and eat your snack. Their breakfast burritos and paninnis are huge so make sure you have an appetite when you get one. Also their Avacado Toast is excellent.
